More Cosmic Aero Wagon TLC

In spare moment I'm trying to make any other progress I can.

Subframe out ready for new bushings – got OEM 2006+ front & rear bushes in the end.

Applied Forever Black to the trim (your best bet is to remove it to do this, which I did)

Turbocharged (TD04-15T) disassembled for a clean

I did also put the crank and pistons together but since I am replacing all the cooling jets  it wasn't really worth the effort and added stresses of touching/compressing it all more than once.

To be honest I am quite paranoid about getting dirt or some cloth fragment or something in there. Needing to remove the bearings again is not ideal and just adds to the worry.

I'll be glad when it's all buttoned up!
